Beautiful spacious home in the quiet suburban neighborhood ideal for family or business trip. This house has two levels with enough room for comfortable stay of 6 people with possibility to have 4 more guests occupying our convertible sofa beds. The house is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, easy access to US69 highway. Enjoy tasteful décor, comfortable new beds and freshly laundered bedding/towels. If you have a larger group ask us about our other properties on the same street

Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. No crazy parties or gatherings. If received complains from the neighbors or police the guests who violated the rules will be asked to vacate the house immediately without a refund. This is a smoking / drug free house. This home was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious! It’s located in a very safe neighborhood and perfectly situated close to everything. The hosts were amazing—super responsive and efficient. I loved my stay and will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

The house fit our needs perfectly. It was very easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet. The decor was very pleasant, and beds were nice and comfy for our stay.

We will definitely be booking boris's airbnb for our next trip to kc. More than enough room for all 7 of us. Looked exactly like the pictures. SUPER CLEAN! and in a great neighborhood! Only complaint was from my older kids, they said it would have been better if their were tvs on all the bedrooms. 😉
