Great neighborhood! instructions were clear and home was easy to get into. Near a lot of restaurants and a mall, not too far outside of the city. Family friendly, but not really geared toward small children. Overall a good place to stay.

The Airbnb was extremely nice and spacious, all the beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities provided were great and convenient. The ping pong table was extremely fun to use and provided bathroom products were quite nice as well. It was very close to everything in kansas city which was also nice. All in all an amazing Airbnb

Boris did a great job of clearly communicating all instructions. We always knew exactly what to do. I have stayed at one of his houses before, and this was another great stay for us. This was an easy five stars and will definitely look for one of his places The next time we are in KC.

The place was great for our group. Boris communicated well and helped us with anything we needed! The unit was well kept and there were plenty of extra towels, bedding and dishes. We would definitely use their property again.

This house was delightful for our group. It was nice to have the upstairs and downstairs spaces for adults and kids. Plenty of table and lounging space. The house was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. Boris was a very proactive host. We will likely stay in one of his properties again when we come back to KC in the summer!

We were in town for a boxing tournament and this was the perfect stay for us. We had plenty of people on this trip and there was room for everyone. We had a small issue with the fridge downstairs upon arrival but the host sent a technician the next day and was very responsive to any message we sent. We hope this beautiful peaceful home is open next time we’re in town for boxing!

This was a nice little gem we found in Overland park for the crew to stay at! Boris communicates very well and if you had a bigger party there is more room to rent! The duplex was easy to get to and everything was just like the photos and description! If we are ever in the area we will be staying here again!

This place was beautiful! So spacious and big for our friend group of 6! The description of the place was accurate and gorgeous! The instructions were clear on how to get in the home and what to do when leaving. We will definitely be staying here again!
