Good to know

The house has two levels. Two bedrooms, full bathroom , living space and the kitchen are located on upper level with another bedroom, full bathroom and second living room and garage located downstairs. Couch upstairs has a pull-out bed large enough for two and similar sofa bed downstairs can be transformed into a bed also big enough for two people. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. In the kitchen cabinets you can find cups, glasses, vine glasses, plates and utensils enough for 10 persons. Please be aware that max occupancy of 10 assumes that people will share queen beds and sofa-beds.

Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. No crazy parties or gatherings. If received complains from the neighbors or police the guests who violated the rules will be asked to vacate the house immediately without a refund. This is a smoking / drug free house. This spot is a hidden gem. It's a two story space that is very roomie. There are 5 beds in the space that can comfortably handle a party of 7. The 2 bathrooms are a bonus. One up stairs and one downstairs. This spot is 15 minutes from downtown and has plenty of grocery and restaurants close by. Boris is a good communicator and we would recommend this place to anyone with a larger group on a budget.

The unit was clean and just as described! Quiet street close to everything you need. The best part about this stay was that Boris did not require an extravagant cleaning list for us to do upon check out. With our group being in a rush to get our girls to a cheer competition this was an amazing help to us and something other air bnb owners can learn from. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!
