We offer the second half of the duplex too for large groups who wants to stay together - total sleeping capacity for two duplexes is 16 people! On the main (ground) level there are kitchen, living room , two bedrooms and the bathroom. New kitchen with all new appliances. Spacious living room with sofa-sleeper, coffee table with small ottomans and large TV. There is queen size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in another. Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. No crazy parties or gatherings. This was a nice little gem we found in Overland park for the crew to stay at! Boris communicates very well and if you had a bigger party there is more room to rent! The duplex was easy to get to and everything was just like the photos and description! If we are ever in the area we will be staying here again!
