Cute, clean, and plenty of space. Boris was quick to respond to my messages and very polite. If we are in the KC area again, we will make Boris’ properties our first choice.

We only stayed one night but we had the best girls night ever!!! Table was perfect for Uno, back deck perfect for a relaxing night with a drink, beds were soooo comfortable. 10/10 would go back! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Boris' place was perfect for our group of 9, This is my 3rd time staying at one of his places and i have never had an issue. Boris is a great host and will stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home. Very spacious. Nice and clean. House looked just like the photos. We were very comfortable and relaxed after the worlds of fun and oceans of fun. Near great restaurants. We will definitely stay again. @ Boris where did you get that pillow top on the mattress in the masters bedroom lol my mom wants to know. lol

The house is great very clean and spacious plenty of room for everyone to sprawl out. The Internet was not working for our stay, but Boris is aware of it and I'm sure it's being taken care of.

We got into a pickle with another rental not sending any check in info so we had to cancel last minute and find somewhere quick. Boris responded in minutes with our confirmed reservation and check in information. The home was clean and in a nice area. The price for our group was better than the previous rental we had booked and in a much better area. Highly recommend booking with Boris!! My bed was a tad firm but other than that 10/10

Boris was very nice and responsive. House itself in nice and quiet area which was ideal for our needs to have a one night rest and relax on our way. Although house looks a bit old but everything was clean and working fine. Worth recommending

Really cute house! Love the open concept with the kitchen to living room, was nice for our big group. Had a binder of things to do in the area as well as clear house instructions. Would stay again!
