Seven of us traveled to Kansas City for a wedding and were able to stay together comfortably in Boris’s residence! We were close to restaurants, shopping and the wedding venue! Would stay there again!

A great place if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxed stay. The layout of the house was cool, the basement had two levels, the host is very communicative, and it was clean. An enjoyable stay.

One of the best and smartest features of the house was that there were 5 pull-out couches. This makes a house with 5 beds turn into a house with 10 beds if it's needed. I was very happy with the house, and everyone loved the sauna also.

I had a great stay at this place! It was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive. I especially appreciated the welcome coffee from the European Market and Cafe — such a thoughtful touch! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I appreciate Boris for allowing me and my friends to stay at this place despite my age. It was a good destination point and close to Kansas City, so we didn’t have to drive too far to do all our activities. The house was cozy and clean, and had plenty of space for us to get together. We all enjoyed our stay and Boris is a great host!

Mr. Boris is phenomenal. I have recently within the month and a half stayed at two of his properties and hands-down the best hos, nice homes, very comfortable and very welcoming overall 10 out of 10.
